Emily Swiatek works for the National Autistic Society as an Employment Training Consultant, providing training and consultancy for autistic people in work and the businesses that employ them. She combines her 10 years of experience working in the field of Autism and Disability and her lived experience as an autistic person to provide a unique insight into the challenges autistic people can face in the workplace and how they can best be supported to succeed.

Emily has worked on a number of press and media projects to raise public understanding of autism, including consulting for and featuring in Channel 4’s “Are You Autistic?” and BBC Two’s “Employable Me”. She is passionate about helping make the world a better place for autistic people and about breaking down the stereotypes of what it means to be autistic.
